Step 1: MAKE QUICK FIXES

  • Clean up your garden (mow lawn or rake leaves)
  • Trim bushes

Step 2: WORK WITH A REALTOR

  • Choose an agent you trust and like working with
  • Appoint a maximum of three agents, more of three agents might unnecessarily expose your property in market.
  • Make sure your agent lists in all the related media
  • Hire a lawyer to help with complex offers, mortgages, leases, and contracts

Step 3: CREATE SELL SHEET

  • Fill out this detailed list on house specifics:
  • Listing price
  • Square footage
  • Number of bathrooms
  • Number of bedrooms
  • Size of each room
  • Appliances and date purchased of included sell
  • List of amenities
  • Distance to public transportation
  • Schools (names and addresses)
  • List any near by attraction, which might help for selling your property.
