Core Responsibilities:

  • Team Creation & Recruitment : Identify, attract, and onboard real estate agents aligned with company values. Build a diverse team with complementary skills and personalities.
  • Training & Development : Design and conduct training programs on sales, client management, and compliance. Implement mentoring, peer coaching, and continuous learning culture.
  • Performance Coaching : Use KPIs wisely without micromanagement. Conduct regular one-on-one sessions to support agents’ personal and professional growth.
  • Culture & Purpose Alignment : Nurture a purpose-driven team atmosphere. Empower agents to self-manage and take ownership of results.
  • System Implementation : Set up efficient systems and processes (CRM, follow-up structures, training modules). Support the integration of tech and AI tools to boost team efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with marketing, operations, and leadership to align goals and agent needs.

Ideal Qualifications:

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Psychology, or Organizational Development
  • Real estate license in your jurisdiction (must-have).
  • Coaching or leadership certifications (ICF, NLP, or team coaching preferred).

Experience:

  • 5+ years in real estate, ideally in sales or team leadership.
  • Proven experience building and scaling sales or brokerage teams.
  • Experience training both new and experienced agents.
  • Background in people development, coaching, or transformational leadership.

Skills & Qualities :

  • Deep understanding of teal principles: self-management, wholeness, and purpose.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience with collaborative systems, not command-and-control structures.
  • Tech-savvy (CRM systems, social media, AI tools).
  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and public speaking skills.
