The Building Intelligence Platform is designed to streamline real estate investments by offering detailed information on properties, including:
- Building specifications: Number of floors, total area, height, and usage classifications.
- Residential and commercial details: Apartment sizes, number of units, and total floor space.
- Economic insights: Rental values, commercial activity, demographic data, maintenance costs, and property valuations.
