The largest transaction in the data was an AED200 million ($54.5 million) villa in Al Shamkha, Abu Dhabi, which was sold on January 20.
Another villa in Khalifa City sold for AED100 million ($27.2 million) in March. A villa on Saadiyat Island changed hands for AED95 million ($25.9 million), while a property on Al Hudayriat Island sold for AED71 million ($19.3 million).
Abu Dhabi’s highest-value apartment transaction was a Saadiyat Island property sold for AED45 million ($12.3 million).
Dubai’s Most Expensive Property Sales of 2026
Dubai recorded several of the UAE’s highest-value property transactions during 2026.
A Palm Jumeirah villa sold for AED170 million ($46.3 million) in July, making it the largest Dubai villa transaction in the reported data.
An Emirates Hills villa sold for AED134 million ($36.5 million), while a Palm Jebel Ali property reached AED105 million ($28.6 million).

Land transactions also accounted for some of the UAE’s largest property deals.
A plot in Jumeirah sold for AED147.13 million ($40.1 million) in March. This was followed by an AED84.18 million ($22.9 million) transaction in Bukadra.
Plots in Al Barari, The Oasis by Emaar and Emirates Hills completed the reported top five Dubai land transactions.
