Dubai’s zero income tax policy, robust security measures, and luxury lifestyle amenities make it an ideal choice. Additionally, the city’s position as a gateway connecting the East and West provides unparalleled access to international markets and opportunities.

Last year, the UAE welcomed 6,700 new millionaires. Globally, 142,000 millionaires are expected to move to new countries in 2025. Even if Dubai attracts just a small part of this group, it will greatly help the city’s growth.
